In Her Eyes

Your eyes told the truths
That your tongue did not.
In your eyes I saw deception-
In your arms I found warmth.

I knew one day I would lose you
So I held on tighter than ever.
All that did was push you away
...I was left alone, alone.

I grieved for months-
Praying for just one look at you.
My heart deteriorated piece.. by piece..
Until I saw your eyes again.

I saw the brilliant shine of you;
Believed that it all was for me.
Then I saw the ring on your hand...
Then I saw the truth betold.

You had forgotten my face.
You had forgotten my name.
You never noticed me clutch my chest
-Curse the Lords name in vain.

I lay there aching, bleeding, dying
While you just walked on by,
Until he glided up and gave you a kiss
With deception in his eyes.

Just Tell Him

She's walking by him again, her head hung low
She doesn't know what to do, she doesn't know how to show
Him how she feels, they're miles apart
He thinks it won't work, so she's lying to her heart.

She's walking by again, her head's up high.
She's biting her lip, she doesn't dare know why.
She's looking at him, her green eyes trying not to cry.
He's walks on by, without a simple goodbye.

Just tell him little sister, you can't hide love forever.

She Loves You

She loves you much more than anyone, she has ever known,
She loves you much more, than she has ever shown.
Even now that it is over, she still can not forget,
All the memories you shared, she will never regret.

She finally got the chance; she had been waiting for, for so long
But before it could even start, you decided it was wrong.
She never fully understood, what made you leave,
Will she get a second chance? She doesnt know what to believe.

She still cant get over you, no matter how hard she tries,
She cant forget you, no matter how long she cries.
Shes been told to forget you, but she cant let you go,
No one can understand what you do to make her feelings grow.

You make her speechless, whenever you talk,
When she sees you, she forgets all sense to walk,
And when she hears your name, her heart skips a beat,
And the moment she sees you that love song goes on repeat

She cant seem to think, when you are around,
You seem to make her stumble, and she falls to the ground.
Her words get all muddled; she cant make people understand,
That no matter what happens; you will always be her man.

There might be other guys, but you have fully got her heart,
She will never know why, but she can never seem to part.
She will love you forever, now until the end.
She will never forget you; you finally got her heart to mend.
